About us

notic.ia.bo was created to solve a simple problem: Bolivian news is scattered across dozens of different media sites, each with its own design, publishing pace, and regional coverage. We bring that news together in one place, organized by department and category, with artificial intelligence doing the synthesis — always citing the original outlet and linking to the full story.

What we do

We follow the feeds and sites of Bolivian media outlets that join the platform (see Add your media outlet), and when multiple outlets cover the same story, we compare the details between them and mark it with a "Confirmed by N outlets" badge. When only one outlet reported it, we say that clearly too — we never present a single-source story as if it had been confirmed by several.

What we are not

We are not a traditional newsroom: we don't have our own reporters on the street, and the content you see is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence based on what Bolivian outlets have already published. We don't compete with original journalism — we depend entirely on it, which is why every article links back to its source. For more detail on how AI rewriting works and its limits, check our Terms of Use.

Why we do it

We believe having all of Bolivia's news coverage in one place, categorized by department and topic, and easy to browse, is good for readers — and good for outlets too, who gain visibility and traffic back to their own sites through every link.
